WHAT ABOUT AFTER SALES SERVICE ?

Every single Spa has to be tested for 24 hours before it is released to us – all parts have a minimum 12 months guarantee, with air blowers 2 years, pumps 3 years and shells 7 years.
Unlike foreign Spas, all parts are available immediately and do not have to be shipped in leaving you without your Hot tub for weeks, or even months.
All our engineers are Spaform trained to the highest EU standards.
All our spas are individually CE registered and TUV approved unlike some imported spas where the spa unit is CE approved but the electrical components themselves do not comply with European standards on safety.

Because breakdowns are rare, we aim to visit any customer with a problem with rapid response.
